Rainbow Hoops
In the 38 degree Tokyo heat today it wasn't just my hoop that was getting a workout!
Today was the 6th Annual Tokyo Pride parade.
We braved the scorch and trekked close to the start of the parade so as to get prime position for pictures, poses and pouts!
Tomorrow night will be a fantastic and no doubt feathery party here in Tokyo. More pics to come...

I used to love going to Parades such as that and see the cool outfits!
When I Lived iN Lucerne, there used to be a great party/parade in Zurich with the most amazing party (it wasn't a pride parade though)
COOL PHOTOS!
You didn't march?
Sabine - Isn't he amazing! Thanks I am glad you like the pics.
Tom - Nah a huge group of us including friends from Australia, my Mum and some work friends took to the streets in full support mode! Perhaps next year.
Hey - if you don't already read this, and I have a sneacking suspicion you do, I think you will LOVE it. I do.

It was good to see the support in the streets this year. I marched for the first time this year, it was fun. Please join next year!
Tom, do you have to be part of one of the groups to march or can you just join on the day?
i went to this last year i think, and had a ball of a time. your pictures are great. i wish i could have gone! wheee!!! <3
Hey thanks Gilda - it was colorfully wild!
You just need to register before the actual march, you have to do this on the day anyway. At that time you choose a group to join.
Awesome, thanks Tom!
