Tokyo kicks a-hole in terms of rad street art i feel (you can check out frangipani's capture of it
HERE) - but athens makes a good bid for a winning place - scattered on walls across the city wait fresh, little surprises; truely showing the passion of the people.
If someone is stirred, motivated and compelled enough to splash, stick, roll, whip it on a public canvas such as a wall/fence/ train, they have got my vote.

not bad, but a pity most street art is 'bitten' now-a-days.
...or touched with more self expression ?
i mean bitten sounds so...so negetive don't it jonny
