tokyo wind

Today was one of the windiest days I have ever experienced - anywhere. On the corner of Gaien Nishi Dori and Aoyama Dori, the wind was so powerful it blew a lady straight off her bike. She, along with her bike and what it was carrying spilled right out onto the road. I was thankful for my big bones today, they kept my wheels turning and my load planted to the saddle.

I never watch tv or listen to the news so i am not sure...but was there a typhoon racing through Tokyo yesterday (although no rain)? I have been caught in a typhoon but yesterday seemed much crazier!

That wind was awful!!! I thought I was going to be carried away. Worse than any other wind I've ever experienced. I think my eyes are still trying to get all the dust out.
